A customer service hotline will be available 24/7 in case of any misunderstandings that require HeyValet’s swift intervention.
All payments will be processed through credit and debit cards through the application and any transactional irregularities can be reviewed through the customer service hotline.
All our employees will wear the suitable attire in order to account for the Covid-19 virus. Masks and gloves will be worn by all employees, and regular testing will be performed on the employees to make sure that there is no risk in having you or your belongings come into contact with them.
